DO NOT Trust a Government That Spies On Its People

I am truly disturbed that we, the people, are allowing OUR GOVERNMENT to spy on us under the guise of "protecting" us! People, we need to WAKE UP! The very hippies that led their generation to fear the government and rebel against the standards and authority are now the authority and the standard! They are now the ones in control, and trying to SHUT US OUT and SHUT US UP! Our way of life is under attack, and we need to take it back. Americans...TENNESSEEANS...are you aware of the extent your government is spying on you? They track your phone records, eating habits, buying habits. This is no longer conspiracy theory stuff, it is happening. There are organizations such as InfraGard, which advertise themselves as basically a liaison between the FBI and average citizens. It is at its heart a very dangerous organization and concept. The fact that the government has taken upon itself the right to strip search average American citizens and stare at their naked bodies with invasive screening machines before allowing them on private aircraft is atrocious. It is far too invasive. And as far as the FBI, their powers should be limited, and far reduced. Their primary focus should be on fighting terrorism, both of domestic citizens and foreigners within our borders.

To be fair and honest, I do not even know the extent to which we are being spied upon. However, I am becoming more and more aware all the time. I encourage all of you to join me in this; do your own studies and educate yourselves at the erosion of your liberties. And I will promise you this. The more I know, the more you will know. This is something that effects us all. It is something that is far more dangerous to our security and way of life than Al Qaeda or the Taliban. We can defeat those organizations with determination and perseverance. We CANNOT easily defeat our own government once they have their tentacles in our lives! The deeper we let them intrude into our privacy, the more they will seek. And the harder it will be to reverse it. The days of personal tracking chips are not that far off. The days of National Identification cards are approaching. WE MUST FIGHT THIS! Do not willingly give up what millions have died to defend, defeat, and hold off. Do not make the fighting, death, and defense of America by brave men and women, from the Revolutionary War through today's battles all for nothing. Do not allow those to have fought and died in vain. IT IS TIME to take our nation back.
