Marriage - Man and Woman...Period

Marriage - the social institution under which a man and woman establish their decision to live as husband and wife by legal commitments, religious ceremonies, etc.

That is the dictionary definition of marriage.  So if you want to call a man-man or woman-woman merger a marriage, then your argument is with the dictionary, not with me! 

Marriage is the combining of two souls; the bonding of a man and a woman in Holy matrimony, ordained by God, in front of God, for God, witnessed by man, for man.  Sound confusing?  It's really not.  It's actually quite simple.  While marriage has legal implications in our society, because it is a contract with witnesses and honored by the State, it is first and foremost an action created by God for the fortification of the family structure.  The procreation and proper raising of our posterity is the main reason God gave us marriage, coupled with the joy of companionship.

God also forbids and condemns homosexual relationships.  So, should we as a society condemn or forbid them?  No.  We are a free society, with the idea that our freedoms are derived from God, and are protected by the Constitution.  Does this mean we have to respect homosexual relationships?  No.  We are a free society, with the idea that our freedoms are derived from God, and are protected by the Constitution.

We are neither required as a society to accept or condemn homosexuality.  (Though as Christians, we are called to be honest and truthful, and point out the dangers of this decision.)  When push comes to shove, however, the truth remains that this is an unnatural behavioral trait.  If that offends you, I cannot help it.  It I point out that you will get wet in a rain storm, do I have to apologize?  Am I to blame?  I am merely pointing out the truth.

Liberalism often evades logic in pursuit of emotion.  So, if we carry this argument out to its logical conclusion, where does it stop?  If we accept man-man or woman-woman relationships, do we stop there?  And if so, why?  If we accept two men together as normal, then can we really call a man and a goat abnormal?  Why, if that is what makes the person "feel good"?  Can we forbid a man and his daughter from having relations?  Why, if the both want it.  What about a mother-son, father-son, or mother-daughter relationship?  Where does it stop?  Do we only allow homosexual relationships or do we allow anything?

The liberal argument has always been "Republicans want to legislate morality, and you cannot legislate morality."  The first time I ever heard this, I though "how stupid; is not prosecuting for murder, rape, theft, etc. the regulating of morality?"  The obvious answer is "yes!"  So again, where does it stop?

Marriage is, and must remain, the joining of a man and a woman; established by God for the benefit of His people, designed to strengthen the family structure and benefit His children, in order to further His will.  Perversions should not be honored in any just society, and that is what homosexuality is; a self-serving perversion.  Again, marriage is respected by the State, but it was created by God.  Without God, there would be no marriage. 

So let's not help the progressive movement, that is hell-bent on removal of God from our society.  Why don't we instead recognize this for what it is; another step towards the discrediting of God in our society.  Friends, let's not lose focus.  The main goals of the progressive movement are to discredit our Founding Fathers, stop the teaching and understanding of our Constitution, and separate us from our relationship with God.  Never lose site of the fact that this is a HUGE step in that direction, which is why this is so important to the liberal movement.  Stay focused, stay strong, and stand for what is right.  Be proud of your stance for what is right.  DO NOT feel inferior for defending God's institution!
