My mission statement to you:
America, this Great Republic, is under attack from within, and I want my country back! In my opinion, weak Republicans are mostly responsible for where we are today. You cannot blame a Liberal for wanting to socialize this nation, that's what they do. The Republicans were supposed to stand up against them for what is right. THEY FAILED US! I want to assist the conservatives in strengthening the Republican party. We need to take back America from the current Marxist movement and Administration. Together, we can. Yes, WE can!
A Congressman Should Know Their Job!
One of the (many)
problems I see with Washington is that these congressmen
simply do not know what their job actually is.
They have so lost touch with reality that they believe
their job is to protect us.....from ourselves!
That is not their job. They are to protect us from
foreign nations by providing a national defense.
They are to protect us financially by regulating
commerce with foreign nations and between the states.
They are to provide secure borders. Their job is
not to mandate that you and I have health insurance.
It is not to ensure that you have the ability to
buy a house you cannot afford. They are supposed
to regulate the printing of money, not own banks!
Their job is not to own automobile companies. And
as much as I would love a playoff in college football,
does anyone seriously believe this is a congressional
matter? Yet Congress is debating how they can
mandate a playoff, and the President has teleprompted in
his two cents. SERIOUSLY?
And where did this
idea originate, that because someone is elected to
office they are the best and the brightest, and they
know everything? Most of them seem to wear that
idea with pride, and believe it themselves. It
appears as if they are beginning to believe that they
are in fact smarter than you and I, that they are
incapable of making mistakes!
I submit to you; I
do not know everything! I do, however, know that
we need a different direction for our nation or we are
doomed. Our spending is out of control.
We are mortgaging the future of our children's
children's children with debts they cannot possibly pay
back. Never in history has a Congress and
President spent so recklessly with utter disregard for
America's posterity.
Here are
some things that I DO NOT KNOW, and I am not ashamed to
admit it! I am an Aircraft Avionics Technician, I work on
aircraft electrical systems. As your
Representative, I will not try to do things I do not
understand. I will not try to tackle things that
are out of the realm of my responsibility as directed by
the
Constitution. We need to
run this country by the document upon which it was
founded, the
Constitution. And I will
NEVER vote for a bill I have not
read and do not understand!
- I
DO NOT know the best way to prosecute a war. But I
do not need to. I have the Joint Chiefs of Staff
to do that. They are military EXPERTS, the best in
the world. I need to get the hell out of their way
and let them take us to victory. I DO NOT need to
put handcuffs on them and ensure more of our young men
and women die so we appear "nice". Why would I set
them aside and try to run a war myself? What kind
of arrogance does this? Answer...our current
Congress and President.
- I
DO NOT know how to be the CEO of a bank. Luckily,
the
Constitution does not direct me
as a Representative to run a bank. Why then would
Congress take it upon themselves to overtake banks and
run them as they like? Where do they think they
have the authority to take our money and give to the
banks, then step in and run them? What kind of
arrogance does this? Answer...our current Congress
and President.
- I
DO NOT know how to be the CEO of an automobile
manufacturing company. I have owned many cars and
I enjoy driving them. That, however, does not give
me knowledge of how to build them, market them, sell
them, handle employee payroll, direct the logistics of
interstate and international sales. How would I
possibly know how to do this? WHY then would I
take it upon myself to do this? What kind of
arrogance does this? Answer...our current Congress
and President.

DO NOT know anything about the mortgage business.
I know that I have a mortgage and I know that it came
from a particular bank. I do not,
however, know how to analyze a credit report or how to
assess risk/reward anaylis to assign an interest rate.
I do not have any idea how to determine who should or
should not have a mortgage. That is what mortgage
loan officers are for. Why then would I try to
tell a mortgage company who they should give loans to?
What kind of arrogance does this? Answer...our
current Congress and President.
