Inherent Dangers of the ACLU

American Civil Liberties Union.  Who could POSSIBLY be against that?  They protect our "Civil Liberties".  Therein lies the brilliance of the ACLU, the deceptive title.  It would be the equivalent of the Adolph Hitler calling himself the "Jewish Family Relocation Expert".  The ACLU is an evil organization with a catchy title, designed to misguide and confuse you.  There is quite possibly no domestic organization more dangerous and destructive for our nation than the ACLU.  (Of course, the importance of unjust and illogical findings by our courts should not be overlooked in this matter either.)  The ACLU's power to disrupt is, in all honesty, largely superficial.  Illogical decisions by our courts, with utter disregard for the Constitution and Common Law, are what make the ACLU powerful.  We need a strong congress, but more importantly strong governors and state legislatures, who are willing to stand up and ignore poor court decisions.  This will remove the superficial power currently attributed to the ACLU. 

The most glaring and obvious abuse of power by our courts happens to also be the most glorious victory of the ACLU; the contrived "Separation of Church and State", which does not exist in the U.S. Constitution, or any of our founding documents. (Here's a link; read for yourself) 

The fact that the ACLU has actually won court battles mandating states to remove the Ten Commandments from their courthouses is absurd and dangerous.  Where are the governors to stand up and say "well, they have made their decision, now let's see them enforce it!" when the courts rule so intrusively and illogically? When it comes to a point in our nation that a perceived and contrived protected right (separation of church and state) tramples an ACTUAL Constitutionally protected right (1st Amendment and 10th Amendment), we are on dangerous ground!!

The ACLU is, at its core, a group of Communists, started by draft-dodger Roger Baldwin, whose main goal is the removal of God first, and individual liberties second. That being said, the fact remains that they are nothing without courts finding in their favor. And furthermore, they are even less if Governors will stand against the incorrect decisions of the courts and carry on business as they (the State) see fit. Remember the concept we call "checks and balances;" where there are three separate but equal branches of government??  The courts are an equal branch, not a more powerful branch. 

We need to remember that the federal government has very little power to tell states what they can and cannot do within the confines of their own borders; and NONE in regard to freedom of religion. We MUST take our stand now against those who do not appreciate our free county and all the good it provides the world. The ACLU should not be disbanded, it should be neutered by our courts instead of our courts being neutered by the ACLU. Their power needs to be removed, immediately!

I hope to one day see a repeal of the Civil Rights Attorneys' Fee Awards Act of 1976, which gives the ACLU the majority of its funding; from you and me, the taxpayer. Our courts are elected representation of the people, by the people, for the people. The ACLU is a group funded by communists (and we the people), for communists and against the people. And THAT is the truth!
